New Apartments and Commercial Units

Progress at this brownfield site in east London continues at pace despite recent horrendous weather conditions. With the basement constructed the superstructure of this four storey building is ahead of programme.

Works have commenced on Central Library Southend to convert its current use into the new home for the Beecroft Art Gallery. Built in the 1970’s the building is renowned for its pure and fine “Brutalist” architecture. The floors will be remodelled internally to provide galleries for important and recognised art displays for public viewings by the local community and visitors.

The Long and Winding Road

To cater for the increasing demand for places for schools, Dilkes School in South Ockendon have appointed Quadrillion to provide further class bases and toilet refurbishment. Due to the location of the proposed building and the restricted access, the project required a long and winding temporary road across open land, thereby avoiding all disruption to the school’s operations.

Private Residential Refurbishment

“We are very pleased with the finished result and would like to compliment everyone who worked here, particularly Kevin and the plasterers for the job they did.”
