Whilst initially secured by competitive tender, negotiations during contract have created further accommodation through resourceful and innovative planning of the existing ground floor and roof.

The bespoke designed bathrooms and kitchens including integrated appliances, oak flooring, fitted wardrobes etc. provide the high quality specification and finishes to attract very keen market interest.
