A negotiated design & build contract with a repeat business client to provide student accommodation above basement and ground floor commercial space.

Constructed with brick clad elevations to concrete frame and basement providing the challenges typical of “brownfield” development upon the entire building footprint in London.

The late incorporation of additional en suite bathrooms to offer improved student facility did not compromise timely completion within budget.

Occupation by a local business generated further remodeling and refurbishment works within this building and their adjacent property.
