Developing a project

So you have found a plot of land. Depending upon a variety of factors including working relationships, location, size and timing we will progress a land opportunity in a number of possible ways.

  • If you are Housing Association looking to provide community housing, a turnkey package can be arranged to purchase the land with a design and build contract to encompass affordable and private housing.  Within your organisation you may wish to develop the project for a shared ownership scheme and for outright sale but should you not then we would be keen, by arrangement to take the private units and any commercial units that are part of the scheme.

  • If you are the land owner looking to develop we can offer:

    a joint venture opportunity to design, construct and sell units on a profit share basis

    expertise by introducing partners in the form of key and active private investors, Housing Associations and consultants to maximise the potential of the site.

You may find that we develop the land ourselves for private sale and development.   

Of course, we also have the option to offer the land to another developer by way of an introduction.
