Quadrillion Construction Essex

Design and Construction of 2 No modern and contemporary apartments for shared ownership.
Construction consist of traditional masonry external walls, Acoustic timber separating floors, Roof terrace to 1st floor apartment and terraces to ground floor apartment.

  • Full elevation feature glazed entrance lobby serving both apartments.
  • Situated in quiet area of Forest Gate overlooking a Cemetery.
  • Fitted kitchens.
  • Built to the Metropolitan Police’s ‘Secure by Design’ standards.
  • Graffiti proof paint on ground floor walls

  • Design & Construction of 14 luxury two-bedroom apartments in a 4 storey development in Epping’s conservation area (Basement, ground, first & second floors).
  • Construction consists of RC concrete basement and transfer slab, traditional masonry external and party walls, precast concrete floors, natural slated roof & timber sliding sash double glazed windows.
  • Secure remotely operated basement parking.
  • Two lifts from the basement to all floors.
  • Fitted kitchens with fully integrated appliances.
  • Electric under floor heating.
  • Ensuite to master bedroom.
  • All sold off plan.

Project:  Woolston Manor Hotel Apartments, Woolston Manor Golf Course, Chigwell (Situated on Woolston Manor golf course overlooking the 18th fairway to the west and recreational ground to the east.)

****   Completed in June 2007, 12 weeks early ****

  • Construction of 26 executive serviced hotel apartments within a 3 storey development. (Ground, first & second floors).
  • Construction consisted of traditional reconstituted stone columns and pediments, string corbels and quoins, masonry external and party walls, precast concrete floors, slated roof, balconies to all 1st and 2nd floor apartments and terraces to ground floor apartments.
  • A lift and contemporary staircases serving all floors.
  • Fitted kitchens with fully integrated appliances.
  • Gas heated wet under floor heating.
  • Ensuites to all bedrooms
  • Parking to both north and south of the development with landscaped amenity space.
